Guaranteeing Quality and Customer Satisfaction
Coverage:
We offer a global warranty for our Smart Pulse card. This warranty is valid for 2 years from the date of purchase and covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, including the LED lights, Bluetooth and NFC.
Registration Requirement:
To activate your warranty, please register your product within 30 days of purchase on our website at [Warranty Registration] . You will need to provide your name, contact information, email id date, order id and SKU number.
Claim Process:
To make a warranty claim, contact our customer service team via email at support@scube.me with your proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) and registered product details. Please provide a detailed description of the issue you are experiencing.
Resolution:
Upon verification of the issue, we will repair or replace the product, including the LED lights,bluetooth and NFC at our discretion. In certain jurisdictions, you may also have the right to a refund.
Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage from misuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
- Normal wear and tear (scratches, fading, dents, cosmetic changes).
- Damage from exposure beyond rated IP67 limits (e.g., deep water, excessive heat/humidity).
- Issues caused by third-party accessories, chargers, or software not approved by Scube.
- Normal battery performance degradation over time.
Local consumer laws may provide additional rights, which are not affected by this warranty.
Voiding of Warranty:
The warranty is void if the product, including the LED lights, bluetooth chip and nfc chip, has been tampered with or repaired by unauthorised personnel.
Limitation:
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state or country to country.
